Why Energy Lead Hub
A platform built around the opportunity, not a list of names
Opportunities are matched based on installer location, services, preferences and capacity — so what reaches you is work you can realistically win and deliver.
Qualified opportunities
Every homeowner completes a structured solar assessment. Ownership, electricity spend, roof, interest and timeframe are captured before an opportunity ever reaches you.
Transparent lead scoring
Each opportunity carries a score out of 100 and the reasons behind it, so you can judge the buying signals yourself instead of trusting a label.
Installer / homeowner matching
Opportunities are matched on your location, service radius, technologies, project values, preferences and weekly capacity — not blasted to a list.
Complete control
Approve or decline every opportunity, set your areas and technologies, and control your spend from a wallet you top up yourself.
Lead generation
Where our leads come from
Energy Lead Hub generates homeowner enquiries through a dedicated customer acquisition strategy. We are not a broker buying and reselling recycled third-party lists — homeowners come to us, complete our assessment, and ask to speak to an installer.
In-house advertising expertise
- Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram.
- Google Search advertising for high-intent homeowner queries.
- Ongoing testing and optimisation of acquisition campaigns.
Geographically targeted campaigns
- Campaigns are built around specific UK regions, towns and postcode areas.
- Spend is focused where participating installers can actually service homeowners.
SEO and educational content
- Educational solar guides written for UK homeowners.
- Blog content answering real questions on costs, savings, payback, batteries and grants.
- Internal links from content into the homeowner assessment journey.
Local collaborations and partnerships
- Working with relevant local businesses and organisations where appropriate.
- Legitimate referral relationships rather than bought contact lists.
Featured articles and publications
- Working towards genuine inclusion in relevant publications and industry content.
- Only real editorial opportunities — never fabricated endorsements.
Community and forum participation
- Constructive participation in relevant forums and communities where appropriate.
- No spam, no impersonating homeowners, no manufactured discussions.
The objective is deliberately to build several acquisition channels rather than depend on a single advertising platform. If one channel gets more expensive or an ad account is disrupted, homeowner demand does not stop.
The lead journey
From homeowner enquiry to your dashboard
Every opportunity you see has taken the same route. Nothing is bought in from a third-party list part way through.
- 1
Homeowner discovers Energy Lead Hub
Through our own advertising, a guide they found in search, or a partner or community referral.
- 2
Reads useful information and completes the savings assessment
Indicative savings estimates and plain-English guidance, free for the homeowner.
- 3
Provides property and project information
Ownership, location, electricity spend, roof and property details, technologies of interest and timeframe.
- 4
We review and qualify the enquiry
The enquiry is checked and scored against the information the homeowner provided. Renters are not sold as leads.
- 5
We identify suitable installers
Matching considers requirements, technologies and your agreed service area — not a blanket blast to every installer.
- 6
Installer receives the opportunity
You see location, requirements, property type, estimated project value and the lead score breakdown first.
- 7
You choose: accept or refuse
Accept and the full contact details are released. Refuse and the opportunity returns to the pool.
Accept
£75
Contact details released and the lead lands in your CRM.
Refuse
£0
No charge, no penalty. The opportunity returns to the pool.
We do not promise that every enquiry becomes an installation, and we make no claim about how many of them will. The purpose of the platform is to put relevant homeowner opportunities in front of you with the detail you need, and let you decide which ones are worth accepting.
Lead quality
Why our leads are different
Qualified solar leads for UK installers, generated by us, checked before release, and priced so you only ever pay for the opportunities you actually want.
No CRM fee. No subscription. Ever.
The dashboard, CRM, pipeline, calendar and performance tools are free. There is no monthly charge and no contract. The only charge on the platform is £75 when you choose to accept a lead.
You see the detail before you commit
Location, technologies of interest, property type, estimated project value and the full lead score breakdown are visible before you spend anything. Contact details are released on acceptance.
Property and ownership requirements
Homeowners confirm ownership and property details as part of the assessment. Renters are not sold as leads.
Matched to your service area
Opportunities are matched against the service area and technologies you set in your profile, so you are not paying to filter out work you would never travel for.
Reviewed before it reaches you
Enquiries are checked and scored against the information the homeowner gave us before they are released as opportunities.
Refuse anything, at no cost
You are never obliged to take a lead. Refusing costs nothing and does not affect your standing on the platform.
Day to day
Built for the way you actually work
Installers don't need another inbox of unqualified names. You need control over what you buy, and a system that holds the work together afterwards.
Market context
The solar market is changing.
The UK Government has introduced a framework intended to enable compliant plug-in solar products to be sold and used in the UK, subject to defined safety and product requirements.
This does not make rooftop solar obsolete, and it does not replace professional installation. What it does mean is more consumer choice — and where there is more choice, there is more competition for the homeowner's attention.
Households that start with a small plug-in product often become better-informed buyers of full rooftop systems and battery storage later. The market is evolving, and installers who depend on word of mouth alone will feel that first.
More consumer choice means more competition.
The market is evolving faster than most installers' marketing.
Installers need a reliable pipeline, not occasional bursts of enquiries.
Energy Lead Hub helps you compete with qualified opportunities and better lead intelligence.
Don't wait for the market to change. Build your pipeline before it does.

Matching
We don't send every lead to every installer.
We match opportunities to the installers who are best positioned to serve them. That only works if we know exactly what good work looks like for you.
What we ask you
- Company and contact details
- Base postcode and radius
- Areas covered and excluded
- Services and technologies
- Property types you prefer
- Domestic or commercial
- Minimum and maximum project value
- Monthly lead capacity
- Ideal leads per month
- Preferred lead types
- Any exclusions
- Anything else we should know
Saved as you go, no payment is taken during the application, and applications are reviewed before an account is activated.
Context
Why installers are looking for better lead generation
Energy Lead Hub is new, so we won't show you testimonials we don't have. Here is the industry picture instead.
Demand is real and growing — 269,000 UK solar installations were completed in 2025, around 37% more than 2024.
Over 95% of those 2025 installations were rooftop, which is exactly the work most domestic installers do.
More than 1.2 million MCS small-scale renewable installations have been certified over the last 14 years.
Installers consistently report the same frustrations with traditional lead sources: duplicated enquiries, no qualification detail and no visibility of how leads are allocated.
Pricing

Invalid lead policy
Report an invalid lead within 7 days
If a lead you paid £75 for is demonstrably invalid, report it from the lead record in your dashboard within 7 days of accepting it. We investigate, and if the report is upheld the full £75 is credited back to your Lead Wallet.
Valid grounds for a refund
- The phone number is unobtainable, disconnected or does not belong to the homeowner.
- The address or contact details are demonstrably fake.
- The person is not the homeowner and cannot authorise the work.
- The property is outside the service area you set in your profile.
- The enquiry is a duplicate of a lead you have already been charged for.
How it works
- 1Open the lead in your dashboard and select “Report invalid lead”.
- 2Tell us what happened and add any supporting evidence — call attempts, dates, bounce messages.
- 3We review the enquiry and the evidence manually. Refunds are never automatic.
- 4If upheld, £75 is credited straight back to your Lead Wallet.
Not normally eligible
- The homeowner decides not to buy, or changes their mind.
- You could not reach them after a reasonable number of attempts.
- The job turns out not to be commercially attractive to you.
- You expected a guaranteed sale.
To be straight with you: the policy covers leads that are invalid, not leads that did not convert. Reports are reviewed by our team and a refund is never issued automatically.

FAQ
Installer questions, answered
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining Energy Lead Hub and using the CRM is completely free.
Do you charge a monthly subscription?
No. There is no monthly subscription and no CRM fee. You are never charged for having an account.
How much does a lead cost?
£75 per lead that you choose to accept.
Do I have to buy every lead?
No. You choose which available leads you want to accept, and you only pay when you accept one. Declining is free and the lead returns to the pool.
Can I use the CRM for free?
Yes. The CRM, calendar, matching and normal platform functionality are free for approved installers.
How does payment work?
You add prepaid credit to your Lead Wallet by card. When you accept a lead, £75 is deducted from that balance automatically and the homeowner's contact details are unlocked. If your balance is too low, you simply cannot accept a lead until you top up.
What if a lead is bogus or invalid?
Report it from your dashboard within 7 days with supporting information. Our team reviews the evidence and, if the report is upheld under our invalid lead policy, credits the £75 back to your Lead Wallet.
Is Lead Wallet credit refundable?
No. Lead Wallet credit is a prepaid purchase of lead access, so it is non-refundable and cannot be returned or withdrawn once added. It does not expire, it is only spent when you choose to accept a lead, and declining leads costs nothing. If a lead is found to be invalid under our lead quality policy, the value is returned to your Lead Wallet as credit.
What top-up amounts are available?
You can top up your Lead Wallet by £250, £500 or £1,000 by card. The minimum top-up is £250, which covers your first few accepted leads.
When are homeowner contact details revealed?
Only after you accept the lead and the £75 has been successfully deducted. Before that you see the location, requirements, property type, estimated project value and lead score.
Build a pipeline you can actually rely on.
Qualified opportunities. Transparent scoring. Complete control.
Free to join. Free CRM. No monthly fees. You only pay £75 when you choose to accept a homeowner lead — no payment is taken during your application.
