Energy Lead Hub is an introduction service. We collect information about your property and energy use, produce an indicative estimate of what a solar PV system — with or without battery storage — could mean for your home, and where you ask us to, introduce you to an installer covering your postcode area.

We do not design, supply, install or maintain solar or battery systems, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with an installer.

Every figure shown on this site is an indicative estimate produced from the answers you give us and conservative UK assumptions. Estimates are not quotations, are not offers and are not guarantees of any saving, generation figure or price.

Only a qualified installer who has surveyed your property can confirm what can be installed, what it will generate and what it will cost.

• Give accurate information about your property, ownership status and energy use.
• Only submit an assessment for a property you own, or where you have the owner's authority.
• Only submit contact details you are entitled to use.

Where you request a quote or an appointment, your details are passed to an installer whose account is approved and active on the platform. Installers pay us for these introductions. That arrangement never changes the estimate we show you, and it does not oblige you to proceed.

Any quote, survey, contract, workmanship, warranty or after-sales matter is between you and the installer.

We may change or withdraw parts of the service, and we may update these terms. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
