Cookie policy

These are always active, because the site cannot work without them:

• Sign-in session — keeps installer, partner and administrator accounts signed in between pages. Set by our authentication provider on our own domain.
• Assessment progress — remembers your answers while you move through the solar savings assessment so you do not lose them.
• Your cookie choice — remembers whether you accepted or declined optional storage, so we do not ask again on every visit.

These are only used if you select "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", they are not used at all:

• Campaign attribution — if you arrive from an advert or a link carrying campaign parameters (for example utm_source or fbclid), we store those values in your browser for the session so that if you later complete the assessment we can record which campaign brought you here. This is not used to build an advertising profile of you.
• Funnel measurement — an anonymous session identifier plus events such as "step completed", recorded on our own systems so we can see where the form is confusing. These events are not tied to your identity unless you go on to submit your details.

Wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe. When an installer opens the payment step, Stripe may set its own cookies on that checkout in order to process the payment and prevent fraud. Stripe is only loaded on the payment screens inside signed-in installer accounts, never on the public homeowner pages.

You can clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings. Clearing them will sign you out, remove any saved campaign attribution and make the cookie banner appear again so you can choose differently.
